Din roll på Iver? I denna roll leder du den operativa administrativa funktionen inom Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) och Service Billing – med ansvar för daglig hantering, kvalitet och systemförvaltning. Som ledare för ett team om cirka 12 medarbetare blir du en central del av vår ekonomifunktion och har ett nära samarbete med Head of Billing, Accounting Control, Contract Management samt andra delar av organisationen.
Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

Leda och coacha teamet inom Transactional Services – med ansvar för AR, AP och Service Billing.


Säkerställa en effektiv, korrekt och högkvalitativ hantering av kund- och leverantörsreskontra samt fakturering.


Vara systemansvarig för Accounts Payable och relaterade arbetsflöden.


Driva förbättrings- och utvecklingsinitiativ inom processer, system och arbetsrutiner.


Säkerställa kvalitet i moms- och skattehantering, god redovisningssed samt efterlevnad av interna policys och rutiner.


Bidra aktivt i förändrings- och transformationsarbetet inom Billing och Finance.


Samarbeta med övriga delar av ekonomifunktionen för att utveckla helheten i Purchase-to-Pay (P2P)- och Order-to-Cash (O2C)-flödena.

God förståelse för Order-to-Cash (O2C) och Purchase-to-Pay (P2P)-processer, gärna med erfarenheter att utveckla dessa i förhållande till området.


Mycket god systemvana och erfarenhet av ERP-system, gärna Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central/Navision.


Erfarenhet av AP Automation mjukvara, gärna ExFlow och dess attestregler och systemförvaltning inom AP samt erfarenhet av digitalisering och automation inom ekonomiprocesser (t.ex. scanning, e-faktura, RPA).


Flytande språkkunskaper i svenska och engelska – både tal och skrift.


Meriterande erfarenheter:

Erfarenhet från service-, IT- eller techbransch med återkommande intäkter, där fakturering av tid, abonnemang eller tjänster ingår.


Tidigare arbete med intern kontroll, kvalitetssäkring och processförbättring.


Kunskap inom moms och koncerninterna flöden.

Essential responsibilities include:
•    Establishes strong link/ relationship to relevant stakeholders
•    In-depth understanding of market requirements and competitive ituation, 
     Gathers input and derives product optimization initiatives
•    Develops business cases to ensure right prioritization and opportunity to track business impact of launched products/initiatives

•    Maintains product and component data – provide customer-facing product data


Commercial and technical understanding with project management skills
We are looking for a technical talent with strong communication skills and strategic thinking. 
To succeed in the role you need to have a commercial as well as technical understanding of market/customer requirements of today and future to translate relevant requirements into a product strategy as well as an action plan. You need to establish a strong standing within the organization and ensure the communication of a clear vision and product-strategy.

Working as a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the profitable growth of the ABB’s global Cable Distribution Cabinets’ offering, and the mid-term development of the product range. You will be driving to create customer value through managing, optimizing, and maintain the product range.

Your responsibilities
Ensure that the product range of responsibility is optimized to serve the available market. Own the technical and market specification for the product needs and determine a business plan that supports sustainable growth. Lead life cycle management process.
Gather and analyze market intelligence and establish vision for future offering. Understand and define market segmentation and related product positioning in cooperation with fellow PM’s.
Act as interface and node-point between the external market and the internal functions (e.g., Sales, Operations, and R&D), forecasting trends on a regular basis to ensure Operation’s capability to fulfill customer orders. Set targets and monitor product costs, giving inputs to Operations functions to maximize competitiveness and profitability. Contribute to technical research and development efforts by envisioning future needs.
Define new product plans, set technical, price, cost, and capital expenditure targets. Contribute to development of new portfolios by leading customer need and value analysis, planning the roadmap to create maximum value, follow-up of product/system/service portfolio performance.
Prioritize new product development projects with responsibility for achievement of targets (product characteristics, time, costs, quality, capital expenditure, pay-back) and coordinating cross-functional teams. Initiate and drive product market communication strategy, including product launch planning and implementation across channels.
Define product customer value proposition per segment and channel and ensure clear communication to channels and users.

Driving product development and optimization in our Accessories Business line
Working in the intersection between business, technology and customers, you will have a close collaboration with customers but also our internal departments such as;  Sales, R&D, Engineering and Operations. You will be responsible for ideation, opportunity assessment as well as the realization of prioritized initiatives. 
The main purpose is to proactively manage the  HV accessories product portfolio s from product launches to  growth initiatives and from product optimization activities to outphasing of long tail products. Strategy - delivery - release - follow up.

Essential responsibilities include:
•    Establishes strong link/ relationship to relevant stakeholders
•    In-depth understanding of market requirements and competitive ituation, 
     Gathers input and derives product optimization initiatives
•    Develops business cases to ensure right prioritization and opportunity to track business impact of launched products/initiatives
•    Realizes product strategy based on transparent milestone tracking
•    Maintains product and component data – provide customer-facing product data


Commercial and technical understanding with project management skills
We are looking for a technical talent with strong communication skills and strategic thinking. 
To succeed in the role you need to have a commercial as well as technical understanding of market/customer requirements of today and future to translate relevant requirements into a product strategy as well as an action plan. You need to establish a strong standing within the organization and ensure the communication of a clear vision and product-strategy. 
You will benefit from having excellent project management skills in a cross functional environment.

•    Master within business or technical area, Electrical Engineering preferred

Working as a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the profitable growth of the ABB’s global Cable Distribution Cabinets´ offering, and the mid- and long-term development of the product range. You will be driving to create customer value through managing, optimizing, and maintain the product range.
You will take the strategic market perspective to establish vision that will drive innovative product development that you’ll lead by determining and defining product requirements. Your responsibilities
Ensure that the product range of responsibility is optimized to serve the available market. Own the technical and market specification for the product needs and determine a business plan that supports sustainable growth. Lead life cycle management process.
Gather and analyse market intelligence and establish long-term vision for future offering. Understand and define market segmentation and related product positioning.
Act as interface and node-point between the external market and the internal functions (e.g., Sales, Operations, and R&D), forecasting trends on a regular basis to ensure Operation’s capability to fulfill customer orders. Set targets and monitor product costs, giving inputs to Operations functions to maximize competitiveness and profitability. Contribute to technical research and development efforts by envisioning future needs.
Define new product plans, set technical, price, cost, and capital expenditure targets. Contribute to development of new portfolios by leading customer need and value analysis, planning the roadmap to create maximum value, follow-up of product/system/service portfolio performance.
Prioritize new product development projects with responsibility for achievement of targets (product characteristics, time, costs, quality, capital expenditure, pay-back) and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Initiate and drive product market communication strategy, including product launch planning and implementation across channels.
Define product customer value proposition per segment and channel and ensure clear communication to channels and users.

Support Business Area management (act as key master data contact person) and maintain overview of master data status.
Represent Country and Global master data level in all master data matters towards the local Business Area. Represent the local Business Area towards Group level.
Establish local master data community, share information about cross-functional topics and changes in common processes and systems. Keep master data community and stakeholders informed about all master data topics (especially systems related) through Business Area communication channels.
Act as a project manager in cross-domain master data projects that support both Global and Country master data strategy. Review changes and give input to local systems from master data perspective, align with the Group master data architect and Country Master Data Manager.
Cooperation with ABB Information Management (AIM) program, ensuring that AIM targets are understood.
