As a Group Quality Lead, you will give optimized support and guidance to the Business Line stakeholders with the implementation and execution of activities needed to secure high-quality output. Your main tasks will be to:
* Supply direct execution of process and quality improvements with site management
* Facilitate and initiate activities to uniform and optimize processes between the sites and give support, guidance and best-practice to local stakeholders
* Implement and maintain a governance with main stakeholders 
* Initiate, moderate and coordinate steering committee and quality councils
* Manage customer communication related to quality issues
* Train and develop local teams to improve and secure a positive quality culture
* Support and anchor the implementation of Group initiated processes
Conducting internal compliance and process audits


You will join an international and collaborating team. The position is located at our office in Alingsås, Sweden. Being present at our sites, collaborating with our local teams and creating long-lasting internal and external relationships is a key in this role. Travelling to our Nordenham site in Germany, around 40%, is to be expected.

Experienced quality professional with a customer focus
You are motivated and engaged, bring a collaborative mindset and have great communication skills, internally as well as externally. High level of integrity and professionalism, stakeholder management skills, collaborative approach and the ability of setting priorities is also key for this position. 


You also have:
* BSc. in Engineering or equivalent education
* Several years of experience within Quality or similar position in a manufacturing industry with experience in Engineering, R&D and manufacturing processes
* Experience in DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) and & PFMEA (Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis)
* Six Sigma and Certification in ISO9001 is a plus
* Experience providing Root Cause Analyses and using tools as Ishikawa, 5-Why, 8D or equivalent
* Fluency in English

Our mission is to secure a greener future

You will be play an important role in our passionate Quality Team at NKT in Alingsås. The role as Quality Engineer will mainly focus on the processes post routine testing and test lab, as pre-kitting, kitting and warehouse finished goods. Your area of responsibility is to independently and continuously secure, improve and manage product quality-related issues with a focus on proactively eliminate causes and reducing overall costs. Furthermore, your tasks will include.. 
* Being responsible for preparation and implementation of quality policies
* Take initiative and adjust existing processes when product and process quality is at risk
* Drive improvement projects based on quality analyses and implement them throughout the organization 
* Auditing quality, making improvement proposals, adjusting and recording processes and, if necessary, shutting down processes/production


Key performance area:
* Reduction Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
* Increase First Time Right (FTR)
* Reduction of Non-Conformities (NCR’s)


Excellent time management and ability to set priorities 

To be successful in this role, we believe that you work in a proactive manner and have outstanding analytical skills. You have no trouble with communicating at all levels within and outside of the organization and is referred to by others as someone who present their opinion in an educational way. Moreover, your Cv includes..
* 5 years of experience within an equivalent position within the manufacturing industry
* Knowledge about tools as 5-Why, 8D or equal - Six sigma is a plus
* MS office, Excel experience
* Fluent in English – bonus points for knowledge in Swedish and/or German
* SAP knowledge (a plus)

Contribute to ensuring process and product quality for Power Cable Accessories

Secure, optimize and improve our process and product quality standards
As a Group Process Quality Manager you will secure optimized support by continuously improve and secure processes related to product and process quality. You will serve as point of contact and provide expert advice and best-practice sharing initiatives between our two production sites in Alingsås, Sweden and Nordenham, Germany.

Your main tasks will be to:
* Implement and maintain a governance with main stakeholders 
* Initiate and coordinate steering committee and quality councils
* Support customer communication related to quality issues 
* Train and develop local teams to improve and secure a positive quality culture
* Support and anchor the implementation of Group initiated processes
* Conducting internal audits


You will join an international and collaborating team. We are open to flexible locations at any of our offices in Alingsås, Sweden or Nordenham, Germany. Being present at our sites, collaborating with our local teams and creating long-lasting internal and external relationships is a key in this role. Travelling is to be expected.

Experienced process quality professional with a customer focus
You are motivated, bring a positive attitude and have great communication skills. High level of integrity and professionalism, stakeholder management skills, collaborative approach and the ability of setting priorities is also key for this position. 

You also have:
* BSc. in Engineering or equivalent education
* Several years of experience within Process Quality or similar position in a manufacturing industry with proven experience in Engineering, R&D and manufacturing processes
* Experience in DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) and & PFMEA (Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis)
* Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
* Experience providing Root Cause Analyses and using tools as Ishikawa, 5-Why, 8D or equivalent
* Fluency in English
* Certification in ISO9001 is a plus

Senior Design Engineer R&D

We see worldwide activities to a fast transition in meeting the ambitious climate targets of enormous reduction of emissions, by more than 50% being fully climate neutral in the next decades. Electrification with renewable energy especially is paramount in meeting the targets. Energy companies does therefore require advanced transmission systems such as power cable accessories for land cables, power from shore and offshore wind applications. That’s why we are establishing a global acting R&D team that will focus on leading projects for power cable accessories.

The Role
Design and Develop – you will be the key to success. We are looking for a colleague with some years of broad experience in design work in the field of high voltage products who are familiar with different design methodologies like FMEA, Design To Value and Should Cost. You should also have high level of simulations skills within the dielectric/thermal/mechanical/seismic field, as well as product knowledge in terminology and accessories. Practical experience in the electrical or mechanical simulations field, but also the interpretation of data and results in this area, is mandatory to cope with this role.

The main Responsibilities for this role includes:
* To participate in R&D projects of high voltage cable accessories and utilize design CAD software in order to improve proposed designs
* Performing electrical and mechanical simulations and analysis using modern tools
* Work in close contact with simulations engineers and discuss the results from electrical field simulations in software like COMSOL
* Collaborate close contact with simulation engineers and other specialists within NKT
* Work on Solid Works, Creo and similar design software along with NKT:s PLM system
* Understanding on materials used in development of high voltage cable accessories and being in regular contact with material specialist experts in this field.

Personality:
As a person you are highly result focused, structured and analytical. You have innovation in your blood and are used to take big responsibility for your processes, from start to finish. In order to handle the role effectively, you must also have the ability to collaborate with different departments in a humble, professional and transparent way.

Your profile and qualifications:
* BTech or MTech degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
* 4-6 years of industrial experience on utilizing CAD software like Solid Works or Creo
* Experience in evaluating simulation results and basic understanding of electrical field simulations
* Knowledge of working experience in high voltage test lab or mechanical test lab would be meritorious
* Understanding design tasks related to high voltage power products or similar field
* Basic knowledge of PLM system – Windchill or other PLM is desirable
* Fluent in English. Other languages is an advantage


You will be located in Alingsås, but due to the global set-up travelling to other sites are included, estimated about 20 days per year, domestic and international.

About The Job 
The role as Reliability Engineer will continuously facilitate and ensure the reliability and quality of the designs and specifications with a focus on proactively eliminating root causes and reducing overall costs. 


Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Responsible for the preparation and implementation of quality policies 
* Analyses risks of new designs and reduces risk to an acceptable level in the design phase 
* Is able to identify development and design risks at the earliest possible stage and draw up improvement / mitigation plans for this 
* Based on analyses, the Reliability Engineer initiates, draws up and leads improvement projects throughout the organization, including product and process quality 
* Reflects on and communicates the consequences of changes regarding quality and manufacturability within the organization 
* Analyses the design and order process with regard to reliability and ensures that the facts are properly recorded so that they are a reliable input for improvement projects
