Responsibilities for the Digital Product Manager
In the role of Digital Product Manager, you will:

Om rollen

Kvalifikationer
För att passa in i rollen som vår nya test-/kyltekniker är du strukturerad och noggrann med ett driv att leverera resultat med hög kvalité, både självständigt och tillsammans med dina kollegor. Du värdesätter goda relationer så väl internt som externt med kunder och samarbetspartners. Vi ser att du är flexibel och har förmåga att anpassa dig till deadlines och uppkomna situationer. About the role
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us during a time of strong development. As a Marketing Strategist with us, you be responsible for the development of our marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, generate demand, and drive sales. You will coordinate and lead our marketing strategy and operational efforts, working closely with your colleague in the marketing department and the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) as your immediate supervisor. You will be offered high level of freedom and personal responsibility, with plenty of support from highly competent colleagues within the organization.
Additionally, your main tasks will include:
·Coordinating and developing marketing efforts for new and existing markets based on the sales strategy.

You have worked for a while in marketing and are curious and interested to use that experience to bring value to the company and your personal growth. We want you to have a relevant education in marketing to contribute your skills and knowledge to our development.
As a person, we are looking for someone who has a good ability to initiate, plan, and structure your work while being solution-oriented, proactive and flexible in the face of changes. The work involves collaboration and broad contact areas within the company, so it is important in this role to be communicative and attentive. As a person, you are driven, and solution-oriented, someone who stays updated on current trends in the field. About the role
Energy Save's digital business unit was established to envision, design and develop the smart and connected climate solutions of tomorrow. The business unit is tasked with developing and sourcing technologies that are at the heart of Energy Save’s heat pump-based climate systems. This task requires the collaboration of product managers, designers and engineers in teams at Energy Save and through partnerships with selected companies.

The Senior UX/UI Designer is responsible for the design strategy, UX and UI design of our products. From concept to release, will be responsible for the design of the different product areas and contribute to the development of solutions. User research will be a task shared with product owners and will drive discovery and problem finding.

We want you to have a passion for research, UX, visual design and new technologies. You enjoy working with others, have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and can adapt well to new information, situations and challenges. Energy Save applies agile and lean methodologies.

Who you are
You have a proven track record of designing, developing and optimising digital products in close collaboration with product management and engineering
You have a compelling portfolio that demonstrates your design skills (prototyping is a must) and product thinking based on qualitative and quantitative insights
You have a solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, graphic design principles and the ability to work within and expand a design system
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and the issues involved
You are a team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to engage cross-functional partners in development

Required skills and experiences
At least 5 years of experience developing and leading multiple digital products
A strong career in product development with a portfolio to match
Experience in information design and mapping user scenarios

About the role
The digital business unit at Energy Save has been created to dream, design and develop tomorrow’s smart and connected climate solutions. Connected and well-orchestrated climate systems stand to not only replace climate hostile technology but also bring a new level of efficiency to existing green tech.

The business unit is tasked with building and sourcing a new tech stack that will allow Energy Save to offer the market heat pumps and climate systems that connect, integrate and operate better and smarter than other solutions in the market. This challenge will require a broad set of product and technology developers to collaborate, in teams at Energy Save and through partnerships with selected companies.

The Product Owner is responsible for what, why, and in what order something is done by the team. You will be working closely with the larger product team to build the product backlog and make sure your team’s progress and priorities are visible to rest of the Energy Save organization and its partners. You are responsible for ensuring that context, goals, scope, and product domain is understood by everyone in the team so they can deliver the intended customer value.
We would like you to have previous experience of working in a leadership role delivering to external customers, have a technical background and be at home in a SW development organisation. At Energy Save we have an agile way of working with a strong appreciation of agile methods and servant leadership.

Who you are
· You have experience working as a product owner, or similar, in high performing, cross functional teams

What you’ll do:
· Develop Energy Save’s direction within control software and hardware as well as connectivity hardware and software
· Capture, develop and manage control and connectivity requirements from a range of processes, initiatives and market developments
· Day-to-day responsibility for our development partnerships within control and connectivity
· Ongoing analysis of the European market regulations affecting the control functionality in the heat pumps to comply with regulation schemes
· Strategic and longer-term planning of our control and connectivity capabilities and offering
Manage the area’s budget, fiscal planning and hardware sales forecasting
Staff responsibility for control & connectivity team
Travelling will be required for industry events and when supporting partner dialogues

This role in the Control & Connectivity team will be responsible for architecture and development of our next generation of embedded smart control. Electric vehicle chargers, PV production, heat pumps and more, need to work in sync to become an efficient energy system. As an Embedded Developer, you will have a key role in making Energy Save’s heat pumps the best choice when developing these energy systems.

Who you are
We believe that you have 5+ years of experience in embedded development, where you feel confident in working in all parts from planning and requirements exploration to implementation and testing. You happily combine your programming skills with requirements mapping and communication with partners.

Should-haves
· More than 5 years of experience in embedded development
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
· Previous knowledge and experience working with c, c++ in a Linux environment
· You can easily adopt new technologies and tools
· Experience in IOT and connected devices
· Experience working with GIT, Jenkins and Jira

Nice-to-haves
· Experience working with Rust and/ or Python
· Experience of using connectivity technologies like BT and Z-wave
· An interest in AI and/or ML
· Experience using scrum methodology in your day-to-day work
